Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I come before You with all my wounds and burdens. Your heart is a refuge of love and mercy, a place of healing and peace. I ask You, Lord, to reach into the deepest parts of my heart, where pain and hurt have taken root. Heal me, O Lord, of all that separates me from Your love.
Bring light into the darkness within me. Fill me with Your peace where there is anxiety, Your strength where there is weakness, and Your love where there is bitterness or unforgiveness. I surrender my past, my present, and my future into Your sacred heart, trusting in Your infinite mercy.
Immaculate Heart of Mary,
You who are full of grace and blessed among women, I turn to you in my time of need. Your heart knows the sorrows and joys of this life. As our loving Mother, you understand the wounds I carry and the struggles I face. I ask for your intercession with your Son, Jesus, to grant me the grace of inner healing.
Help me to trust in God's plan for my life and to embrace His will with a peaceful heart. Guide me to grow in faith, hope, and love, and to always remain close to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Mother Mary, wrap me in your mantle of love and protection. Comfort me in my pain and lead me to the healing embrace of your Son, Jesus.
