THE MOST POWERFUL HEALING PRAYER BY ST. PADRE PIO

Say this sacred devotion prayers of Saint Padre Pio for healing. It’s a cleansing prayer which can be said during devotion time or novena, along with bible verses.
When Padre Pio prayed for someone, he said this powerful prayer Normally, when someone asks us to pray for a specific intention, we have our "head" prayer. It can be the Rosary, an Our Father, or simply a sincere prayer to God. Saint Pio of Pietrelcina (more commonly known as Padre Pio ) had his favorite prayer that he prayed for everyone who asked for his prayers. Every day many people, either in person or by letter, asked Padre Pio to pray for a specific intention and many times this intention was miraculously answered by God. Below is the prayer that Padre Pio prayed every time he wanted to intercede for someone. The heart of Jesus is full of love and compassion. And this prayer trusts in that love, believing that he is tender enough to generously give our request, if it is in his holy will. Above all, one must pray with sincere faith, as Padre Pio would have prayed, and not as a magic formula. God is not a genie who grants us the wish we ask for, but responds with love to a child who asks for something, knowing exactly what we need.

Stay with me, Jesus

This prayer of St. Padre Pio that also said after Communion is a stirring tribute both to our Lord and to this great saint who bore the stigmata, the wounds of Christ from His Passion.

It has been said that St. Pio’s entire priestly life was dedicated to the task of winning souls for God. When you consider that, the first line of this prayer seems to be the ultimate example of humility. Would that any of us might abandon Jesus that “easily”!

Saint Padre Pio's Prayer after Communion

Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You. You know how easily I abandon You.

Stay with me Lord, because I am weak, and I need Your strength, so that I may not fall so often.

Stay with me Lord, for You are my life, and without You, I am without fervor.

Stay with me Lord, for You are my light, and without you, I am in darkness.

Stay with me Lord, to show me Your will.

Stay with me Lord, so that I hear Your voice and follow You.

Stay with me Lord, for I desire to love you very much, and always be in Your Company.

Stay with me Lord, if You wish me to be faithful to You.

Stay with me Lord, for as poor as my soul is, I want it to be a place of consolation for You, a nest of Love.

Stay with me, Jesus, for it is getting late, and the day is coming to a close, and life passes, death, judgment, eternity approach. It is necessary to renew my strength, so that I will not stop along the way and for that, I need You. It is getting late and death approaches. I fear the darkness, the temptations, the dryness, the cross, the sorrows. O how I need You, my Jesus, in this night of exile.

Stay with me tonight, Jesus, in life with all its dangers, I need You.

Let me recognize You as Your disciples did at the breaking of bread, so that the Eucharistic Communion be the light which disperses the darkness, the force which sustains me, the unique joy of my heart.

Stay with me Lord, because at the hour of my death, I want to remain united to you, if not by Communion, at least by grace and love.

Stay with me Jesus, I do not ask for divine consolation because I do not merit it, but the gift of Your presence, oh yes, I ask this of You.

Stay with me Lord, for it is You alone I look for, Your Love, Your Grace, Your Will, Your Heart, Your Spirit, because I love You and ask no other reward but to love You more and more.

With a firm love, I will love You with all my heart while on earth and continue to love You perfectly during all eternity. Amen.

The Angelus Prayer: A Beautiful Catholic Devotion to the Incarnation

The Angel Gabriel announcing the Incarnation to the Blessed Virgin Mary, illustrating the Angelus prayer. Title Text:
The Angelus is a beloved Catholic devotion prayed morning, noon, and evening in remembrance of the Incarnation of Jesus Christ.

A soft vintage-style Catholic illustration of the Annunciation, depicting the Archangel Gabriel greeting the Blessed Virgin Mary. The image reflects the reverence, peace, and mystery of the Incarnation celebrated in the Angelus prayer.

The Angelus Prayer: A Daily Reminder of the Mystery of the Incarnation

The Angelus Prayer

"The Word became flesh and dwelt among us."John 1:14

For centuries, Catholics around the world have paused three times each day to pray the Angelus, a simple yet profound devotion that recalls the greatest moment in human history: the Incarnation of Jesus Christ, when the Son of God became man through the "Yes" of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Whether prayed at dawn, noon, or evening, the Angelus invites us to step away from the busyness of life and remember God's immense love for humanity. It is a beautiful way to sanctify the day, deepen our faith, and unite ourselves with Christians throughout the world.

What Is the Angelus?

The Angelus is a traditional Catholic prayer that commemorates the Annunciation, when the Archangel Gabriel announced to the Virgin Mary that she would conceive Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:26–38).

The prayer consists of three short Scripture verses, each followed by a Hail Mary, and concludes with a closing prayer asking God to bring us to the glory of Christ's Resurrection through His Passion and Cross.

Why Is It Called the Angelus?

The name Angelus comes from its opening words in Latin:

Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariae...

"The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary..."

For hundreds of years, church bells—known as the Angelus bells—have rung morning, noon, and evening to remind the faithful to stop and pray.

When Is the Angelus Prayed?

Traditionally, Catholics pray the Angelus:

  • ๐ŸŒ… 6:00 AM – Beginning the day with God
  • ☀️ 12:00 Noon – Remembering Christ in the middle of daily work
  • ๐ŸŒ‡ 6:00 PM – Giving thanks before the evening

Many churches still ring their bells at these hours.

If you miss the exact time, you may still pray it later. The important thing is to pray with devotion.

The Angelus Prayer

Leader:
℣. The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.

Response:
℟. And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

Hail Mary...

℣. Behold the handmaid of the Lord.

℟. Be it done unto me according to thy word.

Hail Mary...

℣. And the Word was made flesh.

℟. And dwelt among us.

Hail Mary...

℣. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God.

℟. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let Us Pray

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the Incarnation of Christ Thy Son was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Why Catholics Pray the Angelus

The Angelus is more than a daily prayer—it is a meditation on God's saving plan.

It reminds us that:

  • God became man to save us.
  • Mary's humble obedience changed the course of history.
  • Every Christian is called to say "Yes" to God's will.
  • Christ remains present in our daily lives.

Praying the Angelus helps us pause, reflect, and place God at the center of everything we do.

During Easter Season: The Regina Caeli

From Easter Sunday until Pentecost, Catholics traditionally replace the Angelus with the Regina Caeli (Queen of Heaven) because the Church celebrates the joy of Christ's Resurrection.

The Spiritual Benefits of the Angelus

Those who faithfully pray the Angelus often experience:

  • Greater love for Jesus and Mary
  • A deeper awareness of God's presence
  • Peace amid daily responsibilities
  • A habit of prayer throughout the day
  • Greater appreciation for the mystery of the Incarnation

It is one of the simplest devotions, yet one of the richest in spiritual meaning.

A Prayer for Daily Faithfulness

Heavenly Father,

As Mary trusted completely in Your holy will, grant us hearts that are humble, obedient, and faithful. Help us to remember Your presence throughout our day and to welcome Christ into every part of our lives.

May the Angelus remind us that You are always with us, guiding us by Your grace and leading us toward eternal life.

Through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Final Reflection

The Angelus is a beautiful invitation to pause and remember that God entered our world out of love for us. In the midst of work, family responsibilities, and life's distractions, this timeless prayer calls us back to Christ and renews our trust in God's plan.

Like the Blessed Virgin Mary, may we respond each day with generous hearts:

"Be it done unto me according to Your word." (Luke 1:38)

May this ancient devotion inspire us to live every day with faith, hope, and love.

DEDICATION OF A FAMILY TO MARY by St. Alphonsus Liguori

DEDICATION OF A FAMILY TO MARY

by St. Alphonsus Liguori

Oh Blessed and Immaculate Virgin, our Queen and Mother, refuge and consolation of all those who are in misery, I, prostrate before thy throne with all my family, choose thee for my Lady, Mother, and Advocate with God.

I, with all who belong to me, dedicate myself forever to thy service, and pray thee, oh Mother of God, to receive us into the number of thy servants, taking us all under thy protection, aiding us in life, and still more, at the hour of our death.

Oh Mother of Mercy, I choose thee Lady and ruler of my whole house, of my relatives, my interests, and all my affairs. Do not disdain to take care of them; dispose of them all as it pleases thee.

Bless me, then, and all my family, and do not permit that any of us should offend thy Son. Do thou defend us in temptations, deliver us from dangers, provide for us in our necessities, counsel us in our doubts, console us in afflictions, be with us in sickness, and especially in the agonies of death.

Do not permit the devil to glory in having in his chains any of us who are now consecrated to thee; but grant that we may come to thee in heaven to thank thee, and together with thee to praise and love our Redeemer Jesus for all eternity. Amen, thus may it be.
