My God, I believe in you,
I trust in you,
I love you above all things,
with all my heart and mind and strength.
I love you because you are supremely
good and worth loving;
and because I love you,
I am sorry with all my heart for offending you.
Lord, have mercy on me, a sinner.

At some future day I shall, with thanks more worthy than I can now give, repay your care for them, and before the whole heavenly court acknowledge their indebtedness to your guidance and protection. Continue to watch over them. Provide for all their needs of body and soul. Pray, likewise, for me, for my husband, and my whole family, that we may all one day rejoice in your blessed company. Amen.

God, our Creator, I offer You my day.

I offer You my prayers, thoughts, words, actions, joys and sufferings in union with Your Son Jesus' Heart, who continues to offer Himself in the Eucharist for the salvation of the world.

May the Holy Spirit, who guided Jesus, be my guide and my strength today so that I may witness to Your love.

With Mary, the mother of our Lord and of the Church, I pray especially for this month's intentions as proposed by the Holy Father.

so to meditate upon the life,
Passion and glory of Thine only-begotten Son,
that we may be made worthy of His promises.

Who liveth and reigneth with God the Father,
in the unity of the Holy Ghost, one God,
world without end.
