PRAYER FOR AN END TO ABORTION :Pope Benedict XVI's Prayer For The Unborn
Let us pray for an end to abortion - the willful murder of preborn children, all in the name of "choice."
Pope Benedict XVI's Prayer For The Unborn:
Lord Jesus,
You who faithfully visit and fulfill with your Presence the Church and the history of men; You who in the miraculous Sacrament of your Body and Blood render us participants in divine Life and allow us a foretaste of the joy of eternal Life; We adore and bless you.
Prostrated before You, source and lover of Life, truly present and alive among us, we beg you.
Reawaken in us respect for every unborn life, make us capable of seeing in the fruit of the maternal womb the miraculous work of the Creator, open our hearts to generously welcoming every child that comes into life.
Bless all families, sanctify the union of spouses, render fruitful their love.
Accompany the choices of legislative assemblies with the light of your Spirit, so that peoples and nations may recognize and respect the sacred nature of life, of every human life.
Guide the work of scientists and doctors, so that all progress contributes to the integral well-being of the person, and no one endures suppression or injustice.
Give creative charity to administrators and economists, so they may realize and promote sufficient conditions so that young families can serenely embrace the birth of new children.
Console the married couples who suffer because they are unable to have children and in Your goodness provide for them.
Teach us all to care for orphaned or abandoned children, so they may experience the warmth of your Charity, the consolation of your divine Heart.
Together with Mary, Your Mother, the great believer, in whose womb you took on our human nature, we wait to receive from You, our Only True Good and Savior, the strength to love and serve life, in anticipation of living forever in You, in communion with the Blessed Trinity.

Blessing of the Home and Household on Epiphany
Traditionally, Catholics bless their home and those who live in their household on the Feast of the Epiphany each year.
It’s not difficult to do and we highly recommend you give it a try! Here’s how:
What You’ll Need To Bless Your Home On The Epiphany
Prayers
Chalk
A doorway
A ladder or chair
The letters C, M, B have two meanings. They are the initials of the traditional names of the three magi: Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazar. They also represent the Latin words “Christus mansionem benedicat” which means “May Christ bless the house.” The “+” signs symbolize the cross and the 20 and the 23 represent the year, 2023.
Prayers for the Epiphany Home Blessing
Lord God of heaven and earth, you revealed your only-begotten Son to every nation by the guidance of a star. Bless this house
and all who inhabit it. Fill them (us) with the light of Christ, that their (our) concern for others may reflect your love. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
R/. Amen.
The leader concludes the rite by signing himself or herself with the sign of the cross and saying:
May Christ Jesus dwell with us, keep us from all harm, and make us one in mind and heart, now and forever.
R/. Amen.
(Complete Version)
When all have gathered, a suitable song may be sung. The leader makes the sign of the cross, and all reply, “Amen.”
The leader greets those present in the following words:
Let us praise God, who fills our hearts and homes with peace.
Blessed be God forever.
R/. Blessed be God forever.
In the following or similar words, the leader prepares those present for the blessing:
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling place among us. It is Christ who enlightens our hearts and homes with his love. May all who enter this home find Christ’s light and love.
One of those present or the leader reads a text of sacred Scripture, for example, Luke 19:1-9:
Listen to the words of the holy Gospel according to Luke:
Jesus came to Jericho and intended to pass through the town. Now a man there named Zacchaeus, who was a chief tax collector and also a wealthy man, was seeking to see who Jesus was; but he could not see him because of the crowd, for he was short in stature. So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree in order to see Jesus, who was about to pass that way.> When he reached the place, Jesus looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, come down quickly, for today I must stay at your house.” And he came down quickly and received him with joy. When they all saw this, they began to grumble, saying, “He has gone to stay at the house of a sinner.” But Zacchaeus stood there and said to the Lord, “Behold, half of my possessions, Lord, I shall give to the poor, and if I have extorted anything from anyone I shall repay it four times over.” And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house because this man too is a descendant of Abraham.”
The intercessions are then said:
Leader: The Son of God made his home among us. With thanks and praise let us call upon him.
R/. Stay with us, Lord.
Leader: Lord Jesus Christ, with Mary and Joseph you formed the Holy Family: remain in our home, that we may know you as our guest and honor you as our Head.
We pray:
R/. Stay with us, Lord.
Leader: Lord Jesus Christ, you had no place to lay your head, but in the spirit of poverty accepted the hospitality of your friends: grant that through our help the homeless may obtain proper
housing.
We pray:
R/. Stay with us, Lord.
Leader:Lord Jesus Christ, the three kings presented their gifts to you in praise and adoration: grant that those living in this house may use their talents and abilities to your greater glory.
We pray:
R/. Stay with us, Lord.
After the intercessions the leader invites all present to say the Lord’s Prayer.
The leader says the prayer of blessing with hands joined:
Lord God of heaven and earth,
you revealed your only-begotten Son to every nation
by the guidance of a star.
Bless this house
and all who inhabit it.
Fill them (us) with the light of Christ,
that their (our) concern for others may reflect your love.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
R/. Amen.
The leader concludes the rite by signing himself or herself with the sign of the cross and saying:
May Christ Jesus dwell with us,
keep us from all harm,
and make us one in mind and heart,
now and forever.
R/. Amen.
It is preferable to end the celebration with a suitable song, for example, “O Come, All Ye Faithful” or “We Three Kings.”

ANGELS : THE 12 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THEM
ANGELS
The Twelve Most Important Things to Know About Them
- by Dr. Peter Kreeft
1.They really exist. Not just in our minds, or our myths, or our symbols, or our culture. They are as real as your dog, or your sister, or electricity.
2.They’re present, right here, right now, right next to you, reading these words with you.
3.They’re not cute, cuddly, comfortable, chummy, or “cool”. They are fearsome and formidable. They are huge. They are warriors.
4.They are the real “extra-terrestrials”, the real “Super-men”, the ultimate aliens. Their powers are far beyond those of all fictional creatures.
5.They are more brilliant minds than Einstein.
6.They can literally move the heavens and the earth if God permits them.
7.There are also evil angels, fallen angels, demons, or devils. These too are not myths. Demon possessions, and exorcisms, are real.
8.Angels are aware of you, even though you can’t usually see or hear them. But you can communicate with them. You can talk to them without even speaking.
9.You really do have your very own “guardian angel”. Everybody does.
10.Angels often come disguised. “Do not neglect hospitality, for some have entertained angels unawares” — that’s a warning from life’s oldest and best instruction manual.
11.We are on a protected part of a great battlefield between angels and devils, extending to eternity.
12.Angels are sentinels standing at the crossroads where life meets death. They work especially at moments of crisis, at the brink of disaster — for bodies, for souls, and for nations.
The Guardian Angel Prayer should be prayed every day:
Angel of God,
my Guardian dear,
To whom God's love
commits me here;
Ever this day, be at my side
To light and guard
To rule and guide.
Amen. ❤

The 15 Promises of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Catholics who pray the Rosary everyday
The 15 Promises of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Catholics who pray the Rosary everyday
(Note: many Catholics do not know about these promises so you will be propagating the Rosary and be blessed if you share this page)
1) Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall receive signal graces.
2) I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.
3)The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.
4) The Rosary will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire for eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
5) The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.
6) Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life.
7) Whoever shall have a true devotion for the
Rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.
8) Those who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenititude of His graces; at the moment of death they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise.
9) I shall deliver from Purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary.
10) The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in Heaven.
11) You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the Rosary.
12) All those who propagate the Holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.
13) I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestial court during their life and at the hour of death.
14) All who recite the Rosary are my sons and daughters, and brothers and sisters of my only Son Jesus Christ.
15) Devotion of my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.
Sharing these promises with family and friends will bring you great blessings (See promise number 12 and 13)

SAINT PATRICK'S PROTECTION PRAYER
ST. PATRICK'S BREASTPLATE
St. Patrick's Breastplate is a popular prayer attributed to one of Ireland’s most beloved patron saints. According to tradition, St. Patrick wrote it in 433 A.D. for divine protection before successfully converting the Irish King Leoghaire and his subjects from paganism to Christianity.
First Version of The Prayer
I arise today
Through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity,
Through belief in the Threeness,
Through confession of the Oneness
of the Creator of creation.
I arise today
Through the strength of Christ's birth with His baptism,
Through the strength of His crucifixion with His burial,
Through the strength of His resurrection with His ascension,
Through the strength of His descent for the judgment of doom.
I arise today
Through the strength of the love of cherubim,
In the obedience of angels,
In the service of archangels,
In the hope of resurrection to meet with reward,
In the prayers of patriarchs,
In the predictions of prophets,
In the preaching of apostles,
In the faith of confessors,
In the innocence of holy virgins,
In the deeds of righteous men.
I arise today, through
The strength of heaven,
The light of the sun,
The radiance of the moon,
The splendor of fire,
The speed of lightning,
The swiftness of wind,
The depth of the sea,
The stability of the earth,
The firmness of rock.
I arise today, through
God's strength to pilot me,
God's might to uphold me,
God's wisdom to guide me,
God's eye to look before me,
God's ear to hear me,
God's word to speak for me,
God's hand to guard me,
God's shield to protect me,
God's host to save me
From snares of devils,
From temptation of vices,
From everyone who shall wish me ill,
afar and near.
I summon today
All these powers between me and those evils,
Against every cruel and merciless power
that may oppose my body and soul,
Against incantations of false prophets,
Against black laws of pagandom,
Against false laws of heretics,
Against craft of idolatry,
Against spells of witches and smiths and wizards,
Against every knowledge that corrupts man's body and soul;
Christ to shield me today
Against poison, against burning,
Against drowning, against wounding,
So that there may come to me an abundance of reward.
Christ with me,
Christ before me,
Christ behind me,
Christ in me,
Christ beneath me,
Christ above me,
Christ on my right,
Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down,
Christ when I sit down,
Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.
I arise today
Through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity,
Through belief in the Threeness,
Through confession of the Oneness
of the Creator of creation.
Simple Version of the Prayer
As I arise today, may the strength of God pilot me,the power of God uphold me,
the wisdom of God guide me.
May the eye of God look before me,
the ear of God hear me,
the word of God speak for me.
May the hand of God protect me,
the way of God lie before me,
the shield of God defend me,
the host of God save me.
May Christ shield me today.
Christ with me, Christ before me,
Christ behind me,
Christ in me, Christ beneath me,
Christ above me,
Christ on my right, Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down, Christ when I sit,
Christ when I stand,
Christ in the heart of everyone who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.
Amen
When St. Paul referred to putting on the “Armor of God” in his letter to the Ephesians (6:11) to fight sin and evil inclinations, he could have been thinking of prayers just like this one! We may not wear combat gear in our daily lives, but St. Patrick's Breastplate can function as divine armor for protection against spiritual adversity.

EVENING PRAYER
Evening Prayer
Into thy hands, Mary, I commend my body and my soul, I ask thee to provide for them and to protect them. I ask thee to protect them from the evil one. I ask thee enlighten my mind, strengthen my will, and refrain my appetites by grace. Our Lady and St. Michael, call down from Heaven the legions of angels under your command to protect me; I ask of thee all the things I ask of my Guardian Angel. My Guardian angel, under thy intellectual and volitional protection I place my body. I ask thee to illumine my mind and refrain my appetites. I ask thee to strengthen my cogitative power, my memory and my imagination. Help me to remember the things I should and not remember the things I should not. Help me to associate the things I should and not to associate the things I should not. Give me good clear images in my imagination. I ask thee to drive away all the demons that might affect me while I sleep (or throughout the course of the day). Help me to sleep and, if thou should deem it prudent, direct my dreams. Help me to arise refreshed. Amen.
Consecration of a Child to Our Heavenly Mother
Consecration of a Child to Our Heavenly Mother
Holy Mary, Mother of God and Mother of all faithful, I place my children under Thy maternal protection.
To Thee I completely consecrate them - body and soul. Take them under Thy care and keep them always.
Protect them and keep them sound in body and mind. Guard over them and keep their hearts pure, their thoughts ever holy and directed to God and spiritual things.
Protect them always throughout life - in their joys and sorrows, in their dealings with others. Always and in all things be a true mother to them, Mary, my mother, and preserve them.
I commend them entirely to Thee. Remember Mother Mary, that through this act of consecration they are by a special claim Thine children as well as mine; guard them and keep them as Thy property and possession.
Amen.

PRAYER TO ST. MICHAEL FOR PROTECTION
PRAYER TO ST. MICHAEL FOR PROTECTION (IV)
Dear Saint Michael, the Archangel, protect us, both body and soul from the Evil One, his followers and anyone who would approach us with malicious intent. Protect us, our bodies, and our cars (vehicles) as we travel about in our daily activities. Protect us, our bodies, our home, our property, and possessions from all demonic retaliation.
Father, if there are unholy angels in, on, near, or around us, we nail and hold them fast, and silence them. We decommission, bind, and encapsulate them through the Power of the Shed Blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We bring them to Your presence immediately Lord to deal with as you see fit. May You fill any empty spaces and lonely places within us, with Your love and Your light. Thank you Father, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer of Petitions to Our Blessed Mother Mary
Prayer of the Repentant
O Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Heaven, The Immaculate Conception, We beg and beseech thee Our Mother, Our Queen, Our Intercessor, Listen to our Plea, to Our Prayers, Our Petitions.
We as your children ask thee, look not on our unworthy sinfulness, we hereby acknowledge our sins dear Mother and now ask mercy from God through thee.
Thou who carried and gave birth to Our Lord Jesus Christ, The Son of God and who is God Himself, into the world, in fulfillment of the scriptures and in acceptance of God The Father’s Will, intercede for us to your Beloved Son Jesus Christ.
Save us our dear Mother, we beseech thee. Bring us to Him, to Jesus Christ your Son. Thou who art more Honorable than the Cherubim and more glorious beyond compare than the Seraphim, thou who without corruption bearest God the Word and art the true Theotokos we magnify thee, Blessed Mary most highly favored by God. Thou who art of the purest heart and of the sincerest and lowly, humble obedience to God’s will, of which could not be done at all by the evil fallen ones because of their pride and arrogance. It is your humility which became the powerful force to defeat the proud to have brought them their fall and shame.
We Honor Thee Our dear Mother for thou art most gracious. You who are most closest to Our Lord God Jesus Christ blessed amongst all women and of all humanity.
Pray for us, we who are sinners O dear Mother, mediate and intercede for us to your Son, Our Brother, Our Savior, Our Lord Jesus Christ from this time and most specially at the hour of our last breath on earth. For It is also at that time when we most need you and ask the protection of St. Michael the Archangel, The Holy Hosts of Heaven together with our guardian angel.
I ask this for the repentance and conversion of all sinners in the whole world specially in my family; the return of justice, dignity, humility and truth in society and the end of violence and war. We ask and entrust these unto thee our Mother Mary.
O Blessed Mary Queen of Heaven, Please make our hearts humble and obedient to God’s Will like innocent little children, O Mary our Loving Holy Mother, so that through this we may be able to imitate thy holiness and be like to thee and to Thy Son Jesus Christ to be ever worthy to receive eternally the graces from Our Almighty Lord God Most High. May God be forever glorified.
Amen
