O divine redeemer Jesus Christ, prostrate before thy crib, I believe thou art the God of infinite majesty, even though I do see thee here as a helpless babe. I humbly adore and thank thee for having so humbled thyself for my salvation as to will to be born in a stable. I thank thee for all thou didst wish to suffer for me in Bethlehem, for thy poverty and humility, for thy nakedness, tears, cold and sufferings.

Would that I could show thee that tenderness which thy virgin mother had toward thee, and love thee as she did. Would that I could praise thee with the joy of the angels, that I could kneel before thee with the faith of St. Joseph, the simplicity of the shepherds. Uniting myself with these first adorers at the crib, I offer thee the homage of my heart, and I beg that thou wouldst be born spiritually in my soul. Make me reflect in some degree the virtues of thy admirable nativity. Fill me with that spirit of renunciation, of poverty, of humility, which prompted thee to assume the weakness of our nature, and to be born amid destitution and suffering.Grant that from this day forward, I may in all things seek thy greater glory, and may enjoy that peace promised to men of good will.

Dear God, We confess our need for you today. We need your healing and your grace. We need hope restored. We need to be reminded that you work on behalf of those you love, constantly, powerfully, completely. Forgive us for trying to fix our situations all on our own. Forgive us for running all different directions and spinning our wheels to find help, when true help and healing must be found first in You. Forgive us for forgetting how much we need you, above everyone and everything else. We come to you and bring you the places we are hurting. You see where no one else is able to fully see or understand. You know the pain we've carried. The burdens. The cares. You know where we need to be set free.




We ask for your healing and grace to cover every broken place. Every wound. Every heartache. Thank you that you are Able to do far more than we could ever imagine. Thank you for your Mighty Power that acts on behalf of your children. We reach out to you, and know that you are restoring and redeeming every place of difficulty, every battle, for your greater glory. Thank you that you will never waste our pain and suffering. Oh Jesus, our divine physician, You are our Doctor, Surgeon, Medicine and Psychiatrist 

And Counselor; because You are our Saviour and God. May Your Holy and Precious Blood which you shed on the Cross and which You allow us to offer in the Holt Mass and to share in the Holy Communion, (which we/I have received now) be poured out and circulate in my/our unhealthy, depressed, infected (cancerous), defective, (weak and lonely) mind, body (brian, heart, nervous system, blood system…..) and spirit and may 

Your Precious Blood heal and transform my sick mind, body and spirit and may Your Holy Body give me/us a holy and peaceful, healthy and vigorous life, according to Your Holy Will, in Your Infinite Mercy and trusting in the intercession of B.V. Mother of sorrows;

Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, I Consecrate my entire self to the Most Holy Love of Your Two Hearts. I Wish to make reparation for all the sins of the world, including my own. I offer these things for the love of the Hearts of JESUS and MARY. I will keep my mind on beauty and turn my thoughts from evil things.I will not show off, but remain humble.
