POWERFUL HEALING PRAYER BY SAINT PADRE PIO

Most Powerful Healing Prayer by St. Padre Pio

Heavenly Father, I thank you for loving me.
I thank you for sending your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ,
to the world to save and to set me free.
I trust in your power and grace that sustain and restore me.
Loving Father, touch me now with your healing hands,
for I believe that your will is for me to be well in mind, body,
soul and spirit.
Cover me with the most precious blood of your Son, our Lord
Jesus Christ from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.
Cast anything that should not be in me.
Root out any unhealthy and abnormal cells.
Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild and replenish
any damaged areas.
Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection by the
power of Jesus’ precious blood.
Let the fire of your healing love pass through my entire body
to heal and make new any diseased areas so that my body
will function the way you created it to function.
Touch also my mind and my emotion, even the deepest
recesses of my heart.
Saturate my entire being with your presence, love, joy, and
peace and draw me ever closer to you every moment of my life.
And Father, fill me with your Holy Spirit and empower me to
do your works so that my life will bring glory and honor to
your holy name. I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen.

A VERY POWERFUL PRAYER FOR FINANCIAL FREEDOM

“Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all things shall be added unto you” (Mt 6,33)
Lord Jesus, I come to stand before your presence at this moment and offer you my life with everything that I carry within my heart. My anguish, my sadness, my loneliness and especially Jesus, the concern I bring about my financial life.
I want to ask right away that the Lord will pour Your Blood on me and on the whole reality that surrounds my financial life, and the way it affects my family, my work and the people with whom I relate.
I have had moments of great distress because my financial life is completely disorganized, today I bring many debts and I really do not know what else to do. I have bills to pay, late rent, I owe people, to moneylenders and this is disruptive to my family's harmony.
That is why today, at this moment I beg: Pour all to all of this, Lord Jesus your Blood so that if there is any kind of spiritual problem directly linked to my financial life, be cut off in the power of Your Blood!
That is why Jesus, if to this day I have not lived according to His will, today I want to commit myself to live of awake with His will. If to this day I have sought you only for what the Lord could give me; Today I come to get you because I understood that I need everything in your presence. But I beg you Lord Jesus to free me from all the problems I bring in my financial life. For I believe in His Word, and I believe that the Lord looks at me and also cares about the financial reality that I live today.
I cry out the power of Your name Jesus over all my genealogical tree , over all my ancestors . If in my ancestors there were quarrels over financial matters, robberies or betrayals among our family, and as a consequence words of Curses were thrown, words spoken with hatred, anger, envy; cut it all in the power of Thy name Jesus! Let none of this have any more power over me or my financial life.
If in my ancestors there were situations of people attached to money, situations of murder because of money, ambition, money of the family spent with purchases of illicit things, drugs, prostitution, sex, adultery, lies … That in all this now Jesus, the Your presence should be done and that Cure and Liberation should happen for Your name.
Imy ancestors or if I have spent my money on wrong things or to feed sinful situations, today I ask for forgiveness, because I know that the money misused can become a curse for us, so free us.
May your Redeemer Blood also be poured out on me and my ancestors if we seek solutions where the Lord was not: If we seek help in blessings, in occultism, in Macumba, in witchcraft, in flushing, in palmistry, in the search for try to contact the dead; in all this I proclaim Thy power and Thy liberation, Lord Jesus.
If I sought financial help through witchcraft, if I sought out magicians, if I did work against other people, if my house was used for these purposes, my work, my office, I RELEASE to all this now Jesus by the power of Your Name! I renounce all this !!
I ask Your forgiveness if I or my ancestors seek all these things that I know today that they are not to your liking!
I beg your pardon. Jesus doubted that the Lord took care of me and my family! Forgiveness if I offended you with bad words, if I blamed the Lord for this financial difficulty, pardon Lord!
Forgiveness if I cursed my financial life by saying that what I earn is a misery, that I starve, that my salary is a “crap”, that does not give for anything!
Forgive me if I said damn words about my job, about my bosses, if I also cursed them by words, desiring hunger, misery, poverty and pain!
I also want to release my forgiveness to them, if I thought that some day they were unfair to me, when they delayed my salary, or even when they did not pay what was rightfully mine, I now forgive them in their Name Jesus! I release my forgiveness to each one of them!
And from today’s Lord Jesus, I can reap the rewards of delivering all the troubles and debts in my financial life.
May the Lord pour out the Holy Spirit upon me by helping in my natural capacities, so that I may find a way to pay off my debts, for I know that money will not fall from heaven. That is why it empowers my knowledge, the wisdom, the organization and the ability to manage these debts.
I ask you to open the doors to new employment opportunities, that situations of labor and financial processes unfold by the strength of Your Name Jesus.
May the Holy Spirit give me the necessary tranquility and calm in my house, with my relatives, and may the Holy Spirit not allow despair and impatience because of this!
I want to proclaim that from this day on I am a new person, and that my financial life will slowly resolve itself, and that I will seek You with faithfulness of heart!
Everything is delivered in His hands, so I proclaim: I trust and I hope in You Lord!
Amen!

PRAYER TO ARCHANGELS MICHAEL, GABRIEL AND RAPHAEL

PRAYER TO ARCHANGELS MICHAEL, GABRIEL AND RAPHAEL

In need of angelic assistance, we take the fundamental action of prayer
The headlines are almost unbearable:
A terror attack, with grievous loss of life, sowing great divisiveness at a time when we need to reach out to each other and stand together in an open space, one wherein our common humanity is raised in recognition of the dignity of the human person — every human person, every human life — because to withhold that recognition gowill be the death of us all.
And then, a child’s unthinkable death played for grotesque laughs or cruel political fodder on social media.
So much for human dignity, then. What have we become?
Prayer, we hear, is useless — an insufficient means of addressing moments of transcendent pain and confusion. But believers know that that is wrong. Action counts, of course, but prayer is an action — a most fundamental action.
It supports any and all subsequent action because it is rightly-oriented toward a higher purpose, something that is an absolute balm to transcendent pain: transcendent love.
The greatest of the Archangels, Michael, is a warrior angel. His name means, “Who is like God,” and not for nothing do we pray, “St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the evil one…”
Next in power is Gabriel, the angel of announcements and needed information — he spoke to Daniel, and Zechariah and of course the Blessed Virgin Mary, moving between heaven and earth to work God’s purposes. “I am Gabriel, who stand before God…” (Luke 1:19). So often, when I ask my own guardian angel to lay a need before the throne of God, I think of Gabriel, whose name means “God’s strength”. It takes power to be a constant conduit of communication.
Then there is Raphael, “one of the seven, who stand before the Lord…” (Tobit 12:15) He is less well known — an angel credited with bringing about healing, again to suit God’s purposes, as his name means “God’s healing.” We find him in the Book of Tobit, where he both binds up a devil and prescribes a remedy for illness that some might find today in books on Chinese Medicine.
Traditionally he is understood to be the angel who would regularly descend upon the pool at Bethesda, and after the “stirring of the waters” there would be healing.
Our times need all three of these angelic aspects. Let us pray.
O Holy Archangels, first and eternal servants of God the Creator, we call upon you in recognition of your heavenly offices,
you, Micha-el, the Great Defender,
you, Gabri-el, the Holy Adviser,
you Rapha-el, the Bearer of Restoration,
Hear the prayers of a people in great need of your patronage as we struggle to live through a confused, violent, and divided age. Help us to discern our roles within this tumult, as People of God, People of Christ, People of the Cross, and of the Resurrection.
To Michael, we acknowledge that we are called to defend the victims of aggression and marginalization, to uphold the meek and protect the weak, and we want to heed this call, but our fallen natures hold us back, make us fearful and lacking in trust.
We have need to share in the surety of Michael’s powerful defense of what is right and just, that we too may uphold the light, and do battle against the darkness, without faltering.
To Gabriel, we recognize that our dialogues are often too loud, too passionate, too unwilling to allow the necessary portion of good-faith listening that converts noise into true communication.
We seek a share of Gabriel’s ability to hear what is being said, rather than what we would prefer to receive, and to relay a message, or tell our stories, or simply talk to another with the simplicity and clarity that allows our yes to be “yes,” our no to be “no,” and our purpose to be God’s before our own.
To Raphael, we admit that we too often are ready to inflict harm upon others, in our words, in our thoughtless asides, in our deeds; we know that we are making the world ill through the spittle of our vicious tongues, our spite and our malice.
We seek a portion of Raphael’s eagerness to remedy what has become infected, mend what has been broken, and walk as true companions (as Raphael traveled with Tobias) in order to establish the trust that can facilitate lasting healing.
Hear our pleas, O Archangels, for the sharing and bestowal of your be-graced and everlasting gifts upon our fallen natures, which are insufficient to the tasks before us and in need of angelic assistance. We ask for your help, and for your prayers as you stand before Holy, Mighty and Immortal Creator of all, and all of this in the name of Christ Jesus, the Lamb, seated at his right hand. Amen.

ALL SAINTS DAY

WHY IS ALL SAINTS DAY CELEBRATED?

What is All Saint Day?

All Saints‘ Day is a celebration of all Christian saints with no special feast days of their own. Anglican and Protestant churches celebrate all saints day too. Western Church celebrate it on November 1st and First Sunday for Eastern Churches.

Background for All Saints Day

All Saints’ Day goes back to the fourth century.  The Greek Christians kept a festival on the first Sunday after Pentecost (in late May or early June) in honor of all martyrs and saints that year.
“All Martyrs” as a commemoration began to be celebrated as early as 270 CE. Pope Gregory IV made All Saints’ Day an authorized holiday in 835 CE. Western Church celebrate it on November 1st to cover the pagan feast of Saman, lord of death.
All Saints’ Day is not to be confused with All Souls’ Day, which was first instituted at the monastery in Cluny in 993 CE and quickly spread among Christians

Symbols for All Soul’s Day

Symbols commonly associated with All Saints’ Day are:
  • A sheaf of wheat.
  • Rayed Manus Dei (hand of God).
  • The crown.
  • Symbols (including images) of individual saints.
The liturgical color is white on All Saints’ Day.

ALL SOULS DAY AND ITS ORIGIN

WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF ALL SOULS DAY?

All Soul Day- faithful Praying for their souls departed

What is the meaning?
All Souls’ Day is a day for commemoration of all the faithful departed. It is for those baptized Christians who are believed to be in purgatory. This is because they died with the guilt of lesser sins  on their souls. It is observed on November 2.
Roman Catholic doctrine holds that the prayers of the faithful on earth will help cleanse these souls in order to fit them for the vision of God in heaven, and the day is dedicated to prayer and remembrance. Requiem masses are commonly held, and many people visit and sometimes decorate the graves of loved ones.

All Soul Day-History

From antiquity certain days were devoted to intercession for particular groups of the dead. The institution of a day for a general intercession on November 2 is due to Odilo, abbot of Cluny (died 1048). The date, which became practically universal before the end of the 13th century, was chosen to follow All Saints’ Day. Having celebrated the feast of all the members of the church who are believed to be in heaven, the church on earth turns, on the next day, to commemorate those souls believed to be suffering in purgatory.
Priests celebrate mass wearing vestments of varying colour—black (for mourning), violet (symbolizing penance), or white (symbolizing the hope of resurrection).

According to Catholic belief, the soul of a person who dies can go to one of three places. The first is heaven, where a person who dies in a state of perfect grace and communion with God goes. The second is hell, where those who die in a state of mortal sin are naturally condemned by their choice. The intermediate option is purgatory, which is thought to be where most people, free of mortal sin, but still in a state of lesser (venial) sin, must go.

We thank You, Almighty Father for the gift of seeing another day. We ask You Lord to bless us this day and make, this day a blessing for us. Guide us and defend us in all our ways. Keep is from every sinful act and guide us to do Your will. Make a way for us, Lord even when there is no way and may the blessing of heaven be upon our labor now and forever.
With confidence in Your divine favor o Lord, we offer up to you all our works, joys and sufferings of this day in union with You passion on the cross for the forgiveness of sins and conversion of sinner through the Holy Sacrifice of the mass throughout the world today. Amen

PRAYER FOR THE BLESSING OF ROSES

Blessing of Roses
For the Feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary (October 7).

From the Dominican Breviary.
O God, Creator and Preserver of the human race, who grant us the Holy Spirit with His seven-fold gifts, and who generously bestow eternal salvation:
Sanctify, we pray, and bless these roses. We present them before You today, and seek Your blessing upon them, to express our thanks to You, and our devotion towards the blessed Ever-Virgin Mary and her Rosary.

You created these roses as a source of pleasant fragrance and gave them to us to lift our spirits. Then through the power of the holy Cross pour out upon them Your heavenly + blessing.

Signed by the holy + Cross may they receive so powerful a blessing that in the houses and hospitals where they are taken, the sick may be healed. From the places where they are kept, may the powers of evil flee in fear and terror, nor may they presume again to disturb Your servants.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE HOLY MASS

You will never want to miss attending Mass after reading this.
THE WEIGHT OF THE HOLY MASS
(From the Catholic Society of Evangelists Newsletter, August, 1999)
The following TRUE STORY was related to Sr. M. Veronica Murphy by an elderly nun who heard it from the lips of the late Reverend Father Stanislaus.
One day many years ago, in a little town in Luxembourg , a Captain of the Forest Guards was in deep conversation with the butcher when an elderly woman entered the shop. The butcher broke off the conversation to ask the old woman what she wanted . She had come to beg for a little meat but had no money.
The Captain was amused at the woman and the butcher. “Only a little meat, but how much are you going to give her?”, he wondered.
“I am sorry I have no money, but I’ll hear Mass for you”, the woman told the butcher. Both the butcher and the Captain were indifferent about religion, so they at once began to scoff at the old woman’s idea.
“All right then”, said the butcher. “You go and hear Mass for me and when you come back I’ll give you as much as the Mass is worth”.
The woman left the shop and returned later. She approached the counter and the butcher said. “All right then we’ll see.”
He took a slip of paper and wrote on it ‘I heard a Mass for you.’
He placed the paper on the scales and a tiny bone on the other side, but nothing happened.
Next he placed a piece of meat instead of the bone, but still the paper proved heavier.
Both men were beginning to feel ashamed of their mockery but continued their game. A large piece of meat was placed on the balance, but still the paper held its own. The butcher, exasperated , examined the scales but found they were alright.
“What do you want my good woman? Must I give you a whole leg of mutton?” At this he placed the leg of mutton on the balance, but the paper outweighed the meat. A larger piece of meat was put on, but again the weight remained on the side of the paper. This so impressed the butcher that he was converted and promised to give the woman her daily ration of meat.
As for the Captain, he left the shop a changed man and became an ardent lover of daily Mass. Two of his sons became priests, one a Jesuit and the other a Father of the Sacred Heart.
Father Stanislaus finished the story by saying, “I am from the Religious of the Sacred Heart and the Captain was my father.”
>From this incident the Captain became a daily Mass attendant and his children were trained to follow his example.
Later, when his sons became priests, he advised them to say Mass well every day and never miss the Sacrifice of the Mass through any fault of their own.
